Meet The Chiropractor

Dr. Jeff Willis was introduced to the benefits of chiropractic care at the age of 16. He has made it his life’s work and now serves the Valencia community as a board certified Chiropractor helping patients obtain optimum health since 2004. Dr. Jeff Willis strongly believes in the body’s intrinsic ability to heal itself, which is a foundational premise behind the success of the Advanced Health and Wellness Center.

Due to the many inter-related factors contributing to overall well-being, Dr. Willis incorporates a wellness approach in the care of his patients. He fervently believes and teaches us that personal responsibility for our own health is critical. In an effort to improve well-being, chiropractic adjustments correcting dysfunction and maintaining proper posture are equally as important as physical fitness, proper nutrition and creating a healthy lifestyle. For this reason, wellness education plays a significant part in his role as a Valencia chiropractor. He provides each and every patient the knowledge to recover from injury and the power to prevent re-occurrence.

Dr. Willis’ special areas of clinical interest are the treatment of complex muscle and joint conditions. His expertise in sports-related injuries helps young athletes stay injury-free and optimize athletic performance by integrating preventive exercise.

Dr. Willis assists patients on their journey to optimum health by combining the best hands-on technique, up-to-date research, support for a wellness based lifestyle and providing the highest quality natural vitamins and mineral supplements available.

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
